A family tradition since 1892. It all started 5 generations ago in Alpine, Utah when the recently arrived settlers discovered they could farm sugar beets. The sugar harvested combined with the dairy products from local farmers and chocolate brought by travelers from England it was a destiny fulfilled. The family  emigrated to Alberta, Canada, where for years the chocolates were made for fundraising purposes causes including the construction of church buildings.
